Basement Systems of West Virginia is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team of Customer Service Representatives as a Receptionist.
This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; the ability to quickly direct calls to the right department after assessing customers' needs; a quick learner needing minimal supervision; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to project the highest-level professionalism with every call. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments. For the right person willing to learn and wanting a career opportunity, there may be advancement opportunities.
Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed.
