As one can see in this picture, the mechanical room had a serious water problem before we began work.

The drywall on the bottom of this wall had to be removed because of the water problem.

WaterGuard has been installed, but concrete has not yet been installed over the system.

Our WaterGuard system has been installed in the floor around the perimeter walls to carry water away. Concrete has been installed over the WaterGuard system to hold it in place, to make the system less visible and to allow for the installation of flooring on an even surface.

This is where our sump pump will be installed. It is tied into the WaterGuard system so that water collected from the perimeter walls can be pumped out of the building.
