The crew at Basement Systems of West Virginia installed a waterproofing system, so that the water can be flushed out of the garage completely.

First, the WaterGuard System is installed along the inside perimeter of the foundation, and weep holes are drilled into the foundation so that the water can flow into the WaterGuard system and be pumped out of the garage by the sump pump. Basement Systems of West Virginia installed a TripleSafe sump pump to the WaterGuard system. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery.

Basement Waterproofing in Nutter Fort, WV

A homeowner in Nutter Fort, WV had wet basement walls and a damp floor. She researched on the Internet and called us for an estimate. Our specialist came to her home and inspected her basement. We discussed our solution with the homeowner and she wanted to move forward and start the work. The best way to fix the basement issue was to install a sump pump and drainage systems in the basement.

Our production crew came to her home and started working right away. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. This specific pump is the most powerful pump we have and it provides three levels of protection. We installed a perimater drain system, the WaterGuard drain. The WaterGuard drain is a below-floor drain system that will collect water from the walls and floor and send it to the sump pump system. The drain is installed out of the "mud zone," keeping the drain clog-free! We installed the TrenchDrain system. The TrenchDrain was installed entryways and doorways. It will prevent floor and collects water and keeps it out of the basement.

Once the work was installed, the homeowner enjoyed her dry basment. Thanks to Basement Sytems of West Virginia another homeowner in Nutter Fort has a dry basement!
